Excel Linen has a reputation in the hospitality industry to be the leader in customer service. We understand the needs of our customers - emergencies come up! A bride changes the colors of the table cloths at the last minute, a huge lunch crowd goes through all the napkins, or more people were added to a banquet. Because of this, Excel Linen offers hot shot service 7 days a week. We provide same day service Monday through Friday if you call before 2:00 pm. On Saturday and Sunday, you can call our answering service and get a delivery of any of our items between the hours of 10:00am to 4:00 pm.
