We specialize in the hospitality area of our industry. We do not process hospital or industrial linen. Our plant and our products are set up so as to deal with the specific needs of Restaurants and Country Clubs. We focus our efforts on doing one thing only…giving you, our customer, the best service and products that is available.

We are a family owned business. When you call Excel, you will never hear a computer generated voice asking you to press “1” for this and “2” for that. Between the hours of 7:00am and 3:30 pm you will get an actual person who can help you with anything you need. A family ran business is just that - ran by the family. At least one of the family members are here to help run the day to day operations, answer questions, solve problems or doing anything that needs to be done. Working with a family business, you will never get the runaround of talking to a number of different supervisors.

We rent only the highest quality of merchandise. You get what you pay for with Excel. We have a higher quality standard than our competitors. Our towels are 32 oz towels rather than the industry standard of 28 oz. The 28 oz towels are cheaper, however they are not as thick and absorbent. Our aprons are ironed. Most laundries just use the “dry and fold” method. We run practically everything through our ironers. The quality of our aprons comes through due to the material that is used to produce them. It is a spun woven material-the same utilized in our premier napkins and tablecloths.

When it comes to pricing- we don’t play the number games. When Excel gives you a price quote- the price is exactly what it will cost you. Our competitors’ quote may look better, but wait till all of the hidden charges start appearing. You wind up paying more in the long run. We do not charge excess refuse in bag, tax (on Missouri accounts), size changes, add or deletion of uniform changes, or an inflated EEC (Energy Escalation Charge).

We wrap every package of tablecloths and napkins. Some of our competitors use just paper or string to package up their tablecloths. We use a thick plastic to ensure a clean product from the plant, to the account, to the table.

Emergency delivery service: We understand the needs of our customers. Emergencies come up! A bride changes the colors of the table cloths at the last minute, a huge lunch crowd goes through all the napkins, or more people were added to a banquet. Because of this, Excel Linen offers free hot shot service 7 days a week. We provide same day service Monday through Friday if you call before 2:00 pm.
